Yes. Select “Certificate of analysis request” as your enquiry type and include the batch number printed on the pack.
Yes. Select “New product launch notifications” as your enquiry type and tell us the categories you are interested in. We will contact you ahead of launch with specifications and trade terms as each new product completes registration.
Please contact us by telephone so we can act promptly, and keep the pack and batch number. Where appropriate, reports should also be made to NAFDAC through its pharmacovigilance channels. If someone is unwell, seek medical attention first.
Check that the pack carries the NAFDAC registration number shown on our products page, along with a legible batch number and expiry date. If anything appears inconsistent, contact us with photographs of the pack and we will confirm.
